Directed and co-written by Zack Snyder; Army of the Dead is a new action/crime/horror about a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas. In the midst of it all, a group of mercenaries decide to take the ultimate gamble, and venture into the quarantine zone to pull off the greatest heist ever attempted.

Garret Dillahunt, Dave Bautista, Ella Purnell and Ana de la Reguera star.

I love the synopsis of the movie, in part because it brings to mind good memories of watching un heist movie, Ocean’s Eleven (2001). And my favourite zombie film, Train to Busan (2016).

Hopefully this will be the perfect mix of both genres.

Nora Arnezeder, Samantha Win, Matthias Schweighöfer, Lyon Beckwith, Theo Rossi, Tig Notaro, Michael Cassidy, Omari Hardwick, Lora Martinez-Cunningham and Raúl Castillo also star.

Army of the Dead Release Dates: May 21st, 2021 (US)…

Happy Film loving

  1. I like pretty much anything with Dave “THE Body” Batista. I really liked Omari Hardwick in “Sorry to Bother You.” Looks like fun genre-crossing.

  2. I’m a fan of Zack Snyder movies and a sucker for Zombie movies….even if they are cheesy. This looks promising. I so agree with you, Train to Busan is one of my favs too. can’t wait to see this one.
