John Leguizamo and David Harbour’s latest action/comedy Violent Night will show us what happens when a group of mercenaries attack the estate of a wealthy family. Their plans go far from smoothly. That’s what. And all thanks to Santa Claus.
Directed by Tommy Wirkola; Beverly D’Angelo, Cam Gigandet, Alexis Louder and Stephanie Sy are among the key cast.
I’m so in for all the darker and funny Santa movies that have been happening in recent years. I remember being pleasantly surprised by 2020’s Fatman. It looks like this too is going to be quite entertaining. How can it not be with such a wonderful and reliable cast?
Also, tell me that this trailer and possibly the entire movie isn’t fully worth it, just so we can hear Harbour perfectly deliver that delightful line at 1:47 into the trailer?
Alexander Elliot, John B. Lowe, Mitra Suri, Frederick Allen, Erik Athavale, Brendan Fletcher, Edi Patterson, Alex Hassell and Alexis Louder also star.
Violent Night Release Dates: December 2nd, 2022 (US & UK)…

Yikes!
‘Yikes,’ but also very fun-looking, I think. 😁
Oh, my youngest son (18) will LOVE this one, too. Thanks! 🙂
Excellent! I’m so ready to be entertained and definitely amused. 😁
Exactly! 😎
I saw the remake of “Black Christmas” (2019) about a year ago, and even though the film wasn’t great, I did enjoy watching an “alternate selection” to the bunch of Hallmark movies I usually watch this time of year. I don’t know if this one will be any good at all, but it certainly will serve as this season’s “alternate selection.” Season’s Beatings!
Yes, we all need a bit of difference sometimes. Hopefully Violent Night will be just the difference we’d been waiting for. And with that I say Happy Seasons Beatings To All! 🤩 🥳
Why the heck not? lol Something completely different.
Glad we’re on the same page. I can’t wait for this one. I’m in a great mood just thinking about the dialogue and the two main characters.. 😁
“That was so unprofessional!” 😀
I wasn’t sure at the beginning, but they got me by the end.
It really does get better and better as the trailer plays. 👏 Bravo to the editor. Also, it looks as though Harbour was perfectly cast. 😊
