Two long-distance best friends change each other’s lives when she decides to pursue a lifelong dream and he volunteers to keep an eye on her teenage son.

Directed by Aline Brosh McKenna; Reese Witherspoon, Jesse Williams, Zoe Chao and Ashton Kutcher’s latest movie is a a drama/romance.

Also starring Steve Zahn, Wesley Kimmel and Rachel Bloom, Your Place or Mine is about two long-distance best friends (Debbie and Peter) whose lives change after Debbie decides to pursue a lifelong dream and Peter volunteers to keep an eye on her teenage son.

I’m so happy to see Resse in something light-hearted and fun. I’m also not mad at the involvement of Williams and Kutcher either.

I love the colours in this trailer. It has LA and New York looking mighty inviting. Yes, it looks quite predictable, but I just want to spend some screen time with these actors and their characters.

Reese Witherspoon, Kerry Washington and Joshua Jackson are the stars of Little Fires Everywhere, a new drama / mini-series based on Celeste Ng’s best selling novel of the same name.

Set in Shaker Heights, Ohio in the 1990s, and also starring Rosemarie DeWitt, Jordan Elsas, Jaime Ray Newman and Jade Pettyjohn, this is the story of two families brought together by their children…

There are quite a few things I like about this already. Firstly, not just Witherspoon but Witherspoon playing someone who doesn’t seem to be nice. I also like the pairing of Washington and Witherspoon together; the kind of pairing that has me looking forward to the 2020 The Hollywood Reporter Actress Roundtables on YouTube. I love those!

Then there’s, Jackson; something about the sound of his voice and general cadence is very much like music to my ears.

Fantasy/adventure, A Wrinkle In Time is a story about a young girl called Meg. Meg is sent into space with her brother and a friend by three peculiar beings.

Together they must venture there to find Meg’s scientist father after his sudden disappearance. Directed by Ava DuVernay; A Wrinkle In Time stars Chris Pine, Reese Witherspoon, Oprah Winfrey and Gugu Mbatha-Raw.

Reasons to watch this movie include the story, which is completely new to me, the magic, the talented cast and the beautiful visuals. I’m liking Oprah Winfrey as the voice of the narrator, as well as the hint of a vibe similar to Alice In Wonderland and The Wizard Of Oz. 

Mindy Kaling, Zach Galifianakis,  Michael Peña, Bellamy Young and André Holland also star.
