Read my spoiler-free movie review of 28 Years Later (2025).
Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Jack O’Connell, Jodie Comer and Cillian Murphy’s latest highly anticipated film, 28 Years Later, the one that’s directed by Danny Boyle has a great new trailer.
This is a great trailer. I also enjoyed the sort of teaser of the trailer that’s now above. Another way to put it is, I loved the creative ‘holding page’ that existed before this trailer was officially published some hours later, the one that featured the red skulls.
I’m starting to doubt if my sensitive disposition can endure such a film. I still want to, even more, because of how creative and exciting the marketing campaign has been. Maybe I’ll try telling myself it will be only as scary as A Quiet Place (2028), which I can watch sans nightmares.
I’m truly, very excited for all the super fans.
Erin Kellyman, Edvin Ryding, Ralph Fiennes, Jack O’Connell, Edvin Ryding, Chi Lewis-Parry, Alfie Williams and Nathan Hall also star.
28 Years Later Release Dates: June 20th, 2025 (US & UK)…
Happy Film Loving,

Exciting creative is always a thrill.
We’ve entered the era of “teaser-teasers” lol. I’m looking forward to reliving my post boyhood Zombie phase with this one. When a real zombie eats me I’ll think to myself… well isn’t this ironic🧟♂️🫠🧟
I couldn’t even get through the trailer so it’s a no for me!
I fully get it. Rhythmically and Auditorily, it’s beautiful, but visually, it’s ‘Hello, Nightmare!’ 😁😳
Okay, I know what I am NOT going to see, too creepy for me!
It’s creepy, indeed, Tiffany. Even though I very likely won’t watch it either, I like the creativity involved in putting this trailer together.
With a cast like that I have to see it. I do wonder how the director is going to make a zombie movie fresh looking, as there has been zombie saturation the last so many years.
Chances are that this will be a good film because Danny Boyle is quite reliable as a director. Let’s hope! 🤓🤞🤞
