A new modern heist movie is upon us, one in which bank robbers post their activities on social media.
Directed by David Leitch, How to Rob a Bank stars Nicholas Hoult, John C. Reilly, Zoë Kravitz and Pete Davidson.
I like this for Hoult and Davidson. I especially love to see Hoult convincingly play an American. Plus, I’ll always be a fan of John C. Reilly because of his great work in Magnolia (1999).
The technical details of how the robbers came to feel safe enough to post their exploits online are especially interesting. Fingers crossed that this one is a heist movie with a more satisfying ending than Crime 101 (2026).

I like this for the cast also. And the premise should score with young people… Can’t tell what version of Radiohead’s Karma Police this is. Google is saying it’s the original remixed. One of my fav songs!
