I hope to be brave enough to see this because a part of me wants to start liking scary movies. It should help that I love all the filmmakers involved; Lawrence and Aronovsky because of everything they do, Bardem because of Skyfall (2012), Harris because of The Truman Show (1998)/A History Of Violence (2005), etc., etc…
I also wouldn’t mind hearing more of the beautiful/haunting music in this trailer.
Jovan Adepo, Kristen Wiig and Amanda Warren also star.

Absolutely right! If a cast list was going to convince me to try and re-acquaint myself with the horror genre, this is it.

That’s right. They tend to give me nightmares. However, I haven’t really revisited the genre for so long now that I’m thinking and hoping that maybe I’ll be less susceptible to nightmares. Maybe.
