Uncut Gems is a comedy/crime/drama set in New York City’s diamond district. A place where you’ll find jewellery store owner and dealer to the rich and famous, Howard Ratner.
Directed by Josh and Benny Safdie; Starring Adam Sandler, LaKeith Stanfield, Idina Menzel and Julia Fox, Howard must find a way to pay his debts when his merchandise is taken from one of his top sellers and girlfriend.
I like the energy, much of what I see in this trailer, and I need to know how things work out for Howard. I’m also into seeing Sandler do well in a non-purely comic role.
The Weeknd, Jonathan Aranbayev, Jacob Igielski, Noa Fisher, Paloma Elsesser, Eric Bogosian, Keith Williams Richards, Tommy Kominik, Louis Anthony Arias and Sean Ringgold also star.
