This great-looking vengeance movie trailer has me ready to see Taylor-Joy as the super angry heroine Furiosa. I’m excited to watch her journey to serve Dr. Dementus (Hemsworth in a prosthetic nose) his comeuppance.
There’s got to be no way this won’t deliver, right? Especially with such a talented cast and a wonderful trailer that has both visuals and moments of dialogue that have me yelping with delight and feeling grateful for my senses.
Furiosa: I want them back. I WANT THEM BACK!!!
Dr. Dementus: Where are you going, so full of hope? THERE IS NO HOPE!!!
Aren’t both lines just such perfect moments of dialogue? The first has me more than ready to see Furiosa execute her plans, and the second has me wondering if I’ll end up feeling a little sorry for Dementus. Especially after hearing the feeling in the brilliant way that Hemsworth delivers the above line.
No doubt I’ll take in this trailer plenty more times before the movie is released.

I am eagerly awaiting this one. Happy to see the Mad Max franchise still alive and well after all these years, and I suspect Taylor-Joy will be superb.
I agree with ‘superb’ being the word for what ATJ will do with the Furiosa role. The film has so much going for it, especially based on this trailer and George Miller’s track record. Bring on May 24th! 🤓

Oh, I cannot wait to see this movie. Taylor-Joy’s eyes work perfect for the face paint she has on 🙂 I’ve seen Fury Road more times than I can count. Great idea to show Furiosa’s back story. I hope the director’s wife does the editing in this one also. May 24th isn’t that far away, yes!

This looks totally awesome. George Miller CRUSHED Fury Road🔥 Watching these actors together- I can’t wait. A rare villain for Hemsworth. I’m a ‘tad’ worried about Taylor-Joy in this particular role, even thought I love her. I’m sure with her talent she’ll prove my doubts nonsensical.
Sometimes having a little doubt is good. It leaves room for being super pleasantly surprised. Other times we’re right even when we don’t want to be, but we can’t be mad at our instincts, since they’re generally there to protect us. 😁h
