Excellent is the word for this trailer. The cherry on top, for me, in addition to this stellar cast, is that Colin Firth is back!
This one is officially going on my list of blockbusters to watch over the summer of 2026. I suspect you feel the same, yes?

This trailer really captured my attention. In general I’m always excited to watch a Spielberg movie and this time is no exception. As he said in the past, he chosed to return to sci-fi to have a commercial success since his latest movie were a flop (and honestly I can’t believe Fablesman flopped, that was truly one of his best movie).
I didn’t know of his motivation for returning to sci-fi. Thanks for sharing that. 🤓
I haven’t seen The Fabelmans yet, but sometimes it’s not the quality of the movie, but the mood of the film not aligning with what people want to see most at that time. At least that’s often my reason for not watching a particularly movie upon release, if at all. The odds are in favour of this working out. The filmmakers involved are just so good! 🥳🥂
An all-star cast. Just saw Josh O’Connor in the most recent Knives Out Mystery and was impressed. The sounds in the trailer gave me tingles up the back of my neck.
