Todays trailer is a perfect one for Valentines Day, especially if you’re a teenager. At first  I thought this was the Amandla Stenberg film that she’s making with Amma Asante – director of Belle (2014) but instead and not in a bad way… Everything, Everything is the story of a teenage girl who falls for the boy next door. Except, as is the case for many a love story, there’s a major obstacle in the way and that’s the fact that she can’t go outside and never has because she’s allergic to everything…

It feels mighty cruel to release the trailer for a potentially good romantic film on Valentines Day instead of the actual film itself. FYI, that wonderful song at the end is Naughty Boy – Runnin’ (Lose It All) ft. Beyoncé, Arrow Benjamin.
