Saoirse Ronan, Odeya Rush and Danielle Macdonald are the stars of Lady Bird, a new Greta Gerwig-directed movie about the adventures of a young woman living in Northern California.
I’ll be watching because Gerwig is smart and wise – kind of like the big sister I never had. And then there’s Ronan, who is just, well, great in every role.

Starring Sam Worthington, Odeya Rush, and Martin Compston, Hunter’s Prayer is an action/thriller about an assassin (Worthington) who helps a young woman seek revenge.
I want this movie to be good. But I think my want for the film to be great is greater than my belief that it will be. As always, I want very much to be wrong.

R.L. Stine (Jack Black) is the real life award winning author of hugely successful young adult horror stories. Goosebumps is one of his series, and the second trailer for the film adaption just arrived.
The trailer editors appear to have tried to match the original goosebumps font towards the end of the trailer. Though I’m not sure why they didn’t at 1:03 minutes.
Dylan Minnette, Odeya Rush, Ryan Lee and Halston Sage also star in this action/adventure/comedy that will be arriving just in time for Halloween.
I used to love the books, so I really hope the movie is worthy.
