Written and directed by Shepherd, I’m drawn to chips because they’re delicious… but I’m drawn to CHiPs because I enjoyed some of the jokes in the trailer. Another reason would be that I’m still kind of chasing the excellent onscreen chemistry that Michael Peña had with Jake Gyllenhaal in what is still my favourite cop movie probably always, End of Watch (2012). A great film that features the kind of brotherly love dreams are made of.
