Read my spoiler-free movie review of The Invisible Man (2020).
Directed by Leigh Whannell and based on the novel of the same name by H.G. Wells, The Invisible Man stars Elisabeth Moss, Aldis Hodge and Oliver Jackson-Cohen in a new sci-fi / horror / thriller.
Moss plays Cecelia who has the near impossible task of proving that she’s being hunted by someone no one can see, and that someone just happens to be her very abusive ex…
I’m really quite horrified by this story. I know it’ll be well acted and I imagine Cecelia will get her vengeance. She better!
I just can’t wait to see how well the special effects are executed. I haven’t read the book so I don’t know if the invisibility ‘science’ will be explained…
Storm Reid, Harriet Dyer, Benedict Hardie, Sam Smith, Amali Golden, Anthony Brandon Wong, Zara Michales and Bianca Pomponio also star.
The Invisible Man Release Dates: February 28th, 2020 (US & UK)…
Happy Film Loving

I want this one to be great.
Let us pray. 😁🙏😁
I saw this trailer last night and went from eh, Elizabeth Moss to oh that looks really good! I can’t wait 🙂
Seeing Moss in a trailer always gives me a certain level of confidence in how good the film is likely to be. This doesn’t always work of course because I couldn’t get through The Square (2017)…
To date my favourite Moss film remains The One I Love (2014). It’s wonderfully strange. 🤓
I don’t normally go for this genre, but it looks super interesting! Also, Elisabeth Moss couldn’t be better cast. She is just the right actress for this role I think. Not sure if I’ll see it. I think I may wait to hear initial thoughts from other bloggers before I decide to see it!
Can’t blame you for ‘waiting to see.’ It’s not exactly a fun topic. As long as I don’t come across a 50.5% or less rating before seeing it, I’ll give it a chance. 🤓
