Read my spoiler-free movie review of Greyhound (2020).
Greyhound is a new war drama starring Tom Hanks, Elisabeth Shue and Stephen Graham.
Directed by Aaron Schneider and co-written by Hanks, it’s the story of World War II US Navy skipper Ernest Krausemust who must lead an Allied convoy being stalked by Nazi U-boat wolf packs.
I’m in because it’s Hanks and I want to see how how Commander Ernest Krausemust and hopefully many of his men end up making it out alive.
Also, the last time Hanks played a character at sea in Captain Phillips (2013) I had a great time.
Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Karl Glusman, Maximilian Osinski, Matthew Zuk, Lee Norris, Tom Brittney, Rob Morgan, Grayson Russell, Devin Druid, Dave Davis, Michael Benz and Craig Tate also star.
Happy Film Loving

The language in this trailer sounds interesting. Something to do with the period, I’m sure.
I didn’t even notice until you said. Now I’m looking forward to the dialogue.
