Directed by Louis Leterrier, The Last House follows a family of four who suddenly find themselves sealed inside their home and unable to leave.

Starring Wagner Moura, Greta Lee, and Sid Edwards, the family must work together to survive as their resources dwindle and they face the mysterious, looming threat that keeps them inside.

I have so many thoughts about what’s really going on here. Initially, this trailer gave strong A Quiet Place (2018) and The End of Oak Street (2026) vibes.

But then, when I saw the bears. It suddenly looked like Mother Nature may just be fighting back. How exciting if that were true.

As a big fan of Moura and Lee, this one is a must. What do you think?
