Zoe Lister-Jones | The Movie My Life

New 10-episode series The Miniature Wife stars Matthew Macfadyen, Elizabeth Banks, O-T Fagbenle and Zoe Lister-Jones.

From creators Jennifer Ames and Steve Turner, the comedy/drama/romance follows the relationship dynamics between a couple after a technical accident.

I’m hoping this comes together beautifully because making it must have been quite the technical challenge.

I’m also hoping it’s at least as fun and engaging as a younger me found Honey, I Shrunk the Kids (1989), directed by Joe Johnston.

The power struggles between the couple should be interesting, especially before and after one of them is quite literally ‘shrunk down to size’

Band Aid (2017), Adam Pally, Zoe Lister-Jones

In new comedy Band Aid, Adam Pally and Zoe-Lister Jones are a married couple who can’t stop fighting. So, they turn their fights into songs and start a band together to save their marriage.

Band Aid is written/directed by Zoe Lister Jones and also stars Fred Armisen, Jessie Williams, Jamie Chung and Brooklyn Decker.

The comedy is why I want to watch. I also really enjoyed Adam Pally as Peter Prentice in The Mindy Project (2012 – 20017). Therefore this may be good. My hope is that the characters don’t sing as badly as they do in this trailer throughout too much of the movie.
