In Hilary Swank, Rose Byrne and Clara Rugaard’s latest sci-fi / thriller, I Am Mother, Rudaard is a teenage girl who’s been raised by a kindly robot ‘Mother.’

Mother was designed to repopulate earth following the extinction of human kind. When an inexplicable stranger arrives with alarming news, Mother’s unique bond with her daughter is threatened…

Directed by Grant Sputore, I’m excited to see how the mystery in this story is resolved. There’s also the fact that great actor Hilary Swank said yes to this, so I really hope it’s a good Netflix movie.

Luke Hawker, Tahlia Sturzaker, Jacob Nolan, Summer Lenton, Hazel Sandery and Maddie Lenton also star.
