In new Netflix series Away, Hilary Swank is an American astronaut struggling with leaving her husband and daughter behind to embark on a dangerous mission with an international space crew.
Created by Jessica Goldberg and Andrew Hinderaker; additional key cast includes Josh Charles and Talitha Eliana Bateman.
I’m mainly intrigued because it’s the talented Swank. I’m also looking forward to breathtaking images of space, plus a story that will be emotional but hopefully not depressing.
Fatale (2020), Hilary Swank, Michael Ealy, Lionsgate Movies
From Director Deon Taylor, Fatale is a new thriller starring Michael Ealy Hilary Swank and Mike Colter.
This one is a story about a married man who gets tricked into a murder scheme by a female police detective.
Such a dark premise. I’m looking forward to learning the reasoning behind such actions.
I also didn’t see the pairing of Ealy and Swank coming. I’m therefore most curious about their on-screen dynamic. Hopefully, the end result will be a memorable thriller.
Kali Hawk, Geoffrey Owens, Sam Daly, Damaris Lewis, Oakley Bull, Tyrin Turner, David Hoflin, Juliana Donald, Kerry Westcott and María Birta also star.
The story about twelve strangers who are chosen and kidnapped for the specific purpose of being hunted is directed by Craig Zobel. And the key cast includes Betty Gilpin, Emma Roberts, Hilary Swank, Justin Hartley…
I found the original trailer for this movie pretty compelling. This new one isn’t bad, but I much prefer the darker, more mysterious angle that featured terrifying music. Nevertheless, I am looking forward to seeing Gilpin’s character do her absolute worst as she delights her audience.
It was good to learn that this movie hasn’t been changed at all following all the controversy. Only the marketing’s changed. so fingers crossed it ends up being worth the delay.
Steve Coulter, Wayne Duvall, Amy Madigan, Macon Blair, Teri Wyble, Alexander Babara, Sturgill Simpson, Ike Barinholtz and Glenn Howerton also star.
Starring Betty Gilpin, Emma Roberts, Hilary Swank and Justin Hartley, the latest trailer for The Hunt, the story of twelve strangers chosen and kidnapped for the specific purpose of being hunted, is here.
This intriguingly dark concept has me impatient to see the finished product. I mean, I don’t think that I’ve ever seen Swank look quite as terrifying as she does in the clip from which the above image was captured.
I say ‘bring on the entertaining madness’ because I think I’m ready. I think.
Amy Madigan, Macon Blair, Teri Wyble, Ike Barinholtz, Glenn Howerton, Alexander Babara, Steve Coulter, Wayne Duvall and Sturgill Simpson also star.
The Hunt Release Dates: September 27th, 2019 (US & UK)… (Release now postponed/cancelled by Universal Pictures)
Hilary Swank, Emma Roberts and Justin Hartley’s new Craig Zobel-directed movie, The Hunt, is the story of twelve strangers. Strangers who wake up in a clearing but have no idea where they are or how they got there. And they have no clue that they’ve been chosen. Chosen for a specific purpose.
This looks to me like the result of paintball, plus deer or bison hunting and other games just not cutting it anymore for hunting fans.
I’m looking forward to what the next trailer will reveal. We can probably expect quite a bit of horror.
Betty Gilpin, Ike Barinholtz, Glenn Howerton, Amy Madigan, Macon Blair, Teri Wyble, Alexander Babara, Steve Coulter, Wayne Duvall and Sturgill Simpson also star.
