Read my spoiler-free movie review of I’m Thinking of Ending Things (2020).
Based on Iain Reid’s acclaimed novel, I’m Thinking of Ending Things is a new drama/horror/thriller about a young woman who comes to question everything she thought she knew about her new boyfriend, and herself. All upon arriving to her boyfriend’s parent’s secluded farm.
Directed and co-written by Charlie Kaufman, I’m Thinking of Ending Things stars Jessie Buckley, Toni Collette, David Thewlis and Jesse Plemons.
With parents that peculiar, maybe she should have trusted her gut much sooner! Actually, since I haven’t read the book on which this movie is based, it may well be that Buckley’s character is the most peculiar one,
The last Kaufman movie I saw was Anomalisa (2015). One of these days I’ll finally make time for what is perhaps his most popular movie, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004).
Colby Minifie, Jason Ralph, Abby Quinn, Guy Boyd, Ashlyn Alessi, Hadley Robinson, Teddy Coluca, Anthony Robert Grasso and Austin Ferris also star.
I’m Thinking of Ending Things Release Dates: September 4th, 2020 (US)…
