Shadow and Bone is a title I’d heard before but knew nothing about. Even though very little is revealed in this teaser trailer, the quality that hints at an epic story is the reason I’m intrigued.
By the end f this trailer, I couldn’t help but think of how much fun it was at the height of The Hunger Games. Perhaps this will be as epic and near-enough as all-consuming as that.

Definitely cannot wait to watch it! The plot seems so interesting.
It really does! I haven’t read the books so I’m extra curious. 🤓
I think this one does have potential to hit the height of the hunger games (I actually think it’s better) and it does look like Netflix dropped the money so I have great hope 🙂
I’m glad you think it’s better than THG. I haven’t read the books but I’m very intrigued by the darkness in Ben Barnes’s character’s eyes. Though, not in a romantic way but a: ‘I can’t wait to see if his character commands attention as effectively as Tom Hiddleston’s Loki’. Perhaps I’m expecting too much, again. I tend to do that. 🤓
