PRESUMED INNOCENT (2024): New Trailer Starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Ruth Negga, Bill Camp, Peter Sarsgaard…

In new eight-part Apple TV series, Presumed Innocent, Jake Gyllenhaal is Rusty Sabich; the main suspect following the horrificmurder of one of his teammates.

Additional key cast includes Ruth Negga, Bill Camp, Peter Sarsgaard Lily Rabe and Kingston Rumi Southwick.

The stellar ensemble cast and the possibility of a great story are the reasons I’m curious. I’m also looking forward to watching Gyllenhaal getting to act opposite his brother-in-law, Sarsgaard.

Rusty is looking mighty guilty to me at this point. Let’s hope that the story is as tense and fun-to watch unfold as this trailer suggests.

Renate Reinsve, Roberta Bassin, O-T Fagbenle, Tate Birchmore, Chase Infiniti, Nana Mensah, Gabby Beans, Virginia Kull and James Hiroyuki Liao also star

Presumed Innocent Release Dates: Apple TV+ June 12th, 2024 (US & UK)…

Happy Film Loving,

  1. I’m oddly interested in Jake and Peter’s onscreen dynamic as well. They are both awesome actors so it should be good.

  2. I was a fan of the Harrison Ford movie this series is presumably based upon, so what I’m most curious about is how they are getting “enough” story here for eight parts. I have to believe this series has to have a more complex scenario. Good cast., Might give it a watch.

  3. I do love me a bit of Gyllenhaal, and Sarsgaard is excellent. I’d not heard of this one until your post so thank you – just added it to my “Up Next” as it comes out soon on the UK’s Apple TV. Looking forward to it! 🙂

    1. You’re very welcome, Caz. I’m rather partial to some Gyllenhaal myself. 😊
It’s out next week in the UK & US. However, unlike on Netflix, we won’t be able to watch it all at once. As such, I may wait until all of it is available. I can’t deal with what I deem as unnecessary ‘cliffhangers.’

      1. You’re so right, I can’t deal with that either! Gone are the days of being a kid sitting in front of the TV at a specific time of the night to watch one episode, and wait patiently for a whole week to watch the next episode…
        😆
