Alien - Romulus (2024), Cailee Spaeny, 20th Century Studios

ALIEN – ROMULUS (2024): New Trailer Starring Isabela Merced, David Jonsson, Cailee Spaeny, Archie Renaux,…

Produced by Ridley Scott; Fede Alvarez is the director of the latest Alien movie, Alien – Romulus.

Isabela Merced, Cailee Spaeny, David Jonsson and Archie Renaux play a group of young space colonisers who find themselves far from alone on the derelict space station they are scavenging.

A part of me doesn’t want to miss out because this trailer looks good. Yet, experiencing Alien – Romulus the only way my nightmare aversion can allow, through the trailer is what I’ll likely end up doing.

How curious are you? Will you be making time for the fresh nightmares this new instalment is likely to bring?

Aileen Wu and Spike Fearn also star.

Alien – Romulus Release Dates: August 16th (US & UK)…

Happy Film Loving,

G

  1. I can’t blame you. This is one of the scariest kinds of films because it involves the invasion of the body.

  2. It was originally supposed to be released on Hulu like Prey was. I’m sure that would’ve made it easier to watch, but Alien movies belong on the big screen.

  3. Well, I thought the Predator franchise was dead and buried until they made Prey…so I’m now hopeful this might jumpstart the Alien franchise as well. Admittedly, I’m skeptical…but I like the marketing on this film and I’m ready for another “horrible” experience, one way or the other.🙂

  4. I just rewatched the Aliens in years (first time 4K) and I noticed many new details! One of my favorite scifi classics. This one looks different and interesting.

      1. Lately I haven’t got much time for writing but I have a bunch of reviews in a draft version that need some polish. Hopefully very soon…
Now I need to rewatch others from the franchise. The first two I’ve seen numerous times but others only a few and decades ago. Now that I think of it perhaps I’ve seen the two last ones only once. These movies, like Star Wars, are worth rewatching because the world is so rich as well as the craftsmanship that goes into production.
