The trailer for the ninth movie in the Predator franchise just arrived. Directed by Dan Trachtenberg, the action/sci-fi film stars Elle Fanning and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi.
In search of the ultimate adversary, the story follows a young Predator who finds an unlikely ally as he embarks on a treacherous journey.
Good trailer. That, along with the special effects and Elle Fanning’s charming character, is why I’m interested, even though this isn’t the kind of film I usually gravitate towards.
Am I the only one getting a strong video game vibe from this trailer? Fingers crossed that it can only mean great things.

The Movie My Life 
There is much hope for this because Elle is always great.
I do agree with that. She’s good, therefore, very easy to watch.
Pray was great and I expect even more from this one.
I just rewatched the trailer for Prey. It really does look good.
I’m all for the completely different direction for the Predator franchise. None of the sequels have ever felt the same, and I’m glad they’re including elements from the Alien franchise.
The general thoughts and feelings of Predator fans about this new story seem to be positive, which is a good sign. Fingers crossed the finished film delivers. 🤞
