In Black Butterfly, Antonio Banderas plays Paul, a down-on-his-luck screenwriter who picks up a drifter (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) and offers him a place to stay.

Soon enough, just how bad an idea that was becomes abundantly clear.

Black Butterfly is a remake of the French thriller, Papillon Noir by Herve Korian; a version that starred ex-footballer Eric Cantona. May this Brian Goodman-directed version please be worthy.

Piper Perabo, Nathalie Rapti Gomez and Timothy Martin also star.
