BRIMSTONE (2017): New Trailer From Kit Harrinton, Guy Pearce, Dakota Fanning…

Brimstone is the latest western/ thriller from director Martin Koolhoven. Starring Kit Harrington, Guy Pearce, Dakota Fanning and Carice van Houten this is a story about Liz (Fanning), a young woman who wants a better life for her and her daughter are hunted by a vengeful preacher (Pearce)…

Guy Pearce in a ‘bad guy’ role reminds me of his great work in Lawless (2012). My, oh my did I hate his character in that movie – so good are his skills as a thespian. I hope this is a good one too.

Brimstone Release Dates: March, 2017 (US)…

AMERICAN PASTORAL (2016): New Trailer From Ewan McGregor, Dakota Fanning & Jennifer Connelly

American Pastoral (2016), Ewan McGregor, Jennifer Connelly
American Pastoral (2016), Ewan McGregor, Jennifer Connelly

Based on the novel by Philip Roth, Ewan McGregor’s new movie, American Pastoral is set in postwar America and centres around a man whose previously perfect seeming life is abruptly changed when his daughter’s new political affiliations come to light…

Also starring Jennifer Connelly, Uzo Aduba and Dakota Fanning, I know I’m excited  because I’m already imagining some of the possible dramatic exchanges likely to take place.

This is also Ewan McGregor’s directorial debut – therefore reason enough for this movie fan to tune in. Especially since, even though I’m not loving this particular remix of Tears For Fears’ ‘Mad World,’ the trailer isn’t bad.

American Pastoral Release Dates: October 21st, 2016 (US); November 4th, 2016 (UK)…

EVERY SECRET THING (2014) Trailer Of The Week

Like a great film, great trailers are not easy to make.

Every Secret Thing (2014), Elizabeth Banks
Every Secret Thing (2014), Elizabeth Banks

Elizabeth Banks, Diane Lane and Dakota Fanning are the stars of the latest brilliant trailer. It’s so interesting that I’m more than ready to watch the movie right this minute.

See for yourself…

It’s good because of the editing, music atmosphere, stars and the masterful tease.

Happy Every Secret Thing 🙂
