In Guernesy, Lily James plays Juliet Ashton, a writer who forms an unexpected bond with the residents of Guernsey Island in the aftermath of World War II, and writes a book about their experience of the war.

Directed by Mike Newell; Michiel Huisman, Jessica Brown Findlay and Matthew Goode play the other key cast.

I’m interested to find out what happened to Elizabeth McKenna (Jessica Brown Findlay). The words ‘untimely and possibly gruesome death’ come to mind. However, it would be great to be surprised.
