Jack Black, Jenny Slate and Vanessa Bayer are the stars of The Polka King; the true story of a local Pennsylvania polka legend called Jan Lewan.

Written/directed by Maya Forbes and Wallace Wolodarsky, the story focuses on Lewan’s development of a get-rich plan that shocked his fans and landed him in jail.

I haven’t seen Jack Black in a movie for ages. I’m glad he’s back because his energy is a thing of beauty. Bring on the humour, Isay.

Jason Schwartzman, J.B. Smoove and Jacki Weaver also star.
