Embrace is a new documentary about the films writer/director, Taryn Brumfitt and how her own challenging journey to body positivity has led to the founding of The Body Image Movement. An organisation focused on harnessing and facilitating positive body image.

I want to see this one because I’m open to being positively inspired, and what better way than via a personal story that ends with self love and acceptance?
