I really like the look and feel of the following new trailer for Mountains May Depart. Set in 1999, 2014, and 2025, the subject matter is the life of Tao and the people closest to her.

Directed by Zhanke Jia, the film’s stars include Tao Zhao, Yi Zhang and Jing Dong Liang.

Wider UK and US release dates for Mountains May Depart  are yet to be confirmed but I’m hopeful because the story looks worthwhile.
