In the below trailer for latest thriller starring Oscar Isaac and Garrett Hedlund, I noticed a few things.
Written/directed by William Monahan; the choice of music is what first stood out in this trailer. Some of the editing and the bass in Hedland’s voice are two additional highlights.
The main thing that concerns me at this point is the seemingly excessive use of ‘brother.’ Hopefully, they rein that in for the finished film and Mojave ends up great. Especially considering how very intrigued I am by Hedlund’s character.
Mark Wahlberg and Dania Ramirez also star.
