Venom – The Last Dance is the final part of the Venom/Eddie Brock story.

Starriing Tom Hardy, Rhys Ifans, Stephen Graham, Juno Temple Chiwetel Ejiofor – and directed by Kelly Marcel; the duo are on the run as they’re hunted by both of their worlds.

This trailer has me wanting to see how Eddie Brock’s story gets wrapped up. I feel bad for him right now because he looks so worn down. How could one not be when an otherworldly and seemingly uncontrollable parasite lives within, and fully overpowers you?

I say all the above as someone who has largely forgotten the details of Venom‘s origin story. Still, I vote to give back Edie’s freedom and full control over his mind and body.

Are you intrigued enough to watch and see how Edie and Venom fair?

Cristo Fernández, Clark Backo, Ivo Nandi, Peggy Lu and Otis Winston also star.

Venom – The Last Dance Release Dates: October 25th, 2024 (US & UK)…

Happy Film Loving,

G

  1. I remember Venom from Spider Man (3?) but I didn’t realise there was a whole world around him! This has a great cast, that could get me in to the cinema

    1. Confession, I haven’t watched any of Tom Holland’s Spiderman films yet, so, I’m out of the loop there. Nothing against Holland of course. I’m just stuck in the Tobey Maguire era.

I’m happy to be the bearer of good news.

      1. I think what we might have here is a case of the blind leading the blind. 😁 I assumed you were automatically talking about the Holland films. However, it looks as though we both took a break after Maguire. Also I barely remember what happened in the Maguire films except the funny quip in an elevator about the spider suit chafing.
🤓 At this point, Venom may have appeared in Maguire and Holland’s films. Or. was it actually Andrew Garfield’s? 🤔🧐 – I haven’t seen them either. Oh, dear.

      2. I checked with my son – Venom appears in the third Tobey Maguire film, which is why I know him!

      1. It could be that it’s Tom Holland that’s the reason I didn’t pay any attention! Maybe on a very wet afternoon. . .

  2. I’m actually watching the original Venom as I type this, which I consider one of the better superhero origin stories. That being said, I was severely disappointed in Venom 2 and as a result I don’t hold out much hope for this one. Of course, I’m still gonna see it.🙂

    1. Monsieur Chess, That’s a real shame that the second Venom film wasn’t great. I haven’t seen it yet. Still, I fully understand wanting to see the final instalment. I have a similar relationship with certain series and films. Because even when they let you down, there’s at least one thing that is likely to keep us coming back. Oh, how we continue to suffer for our precious art! 😁
