Set in in the Australian outback and the streets of Sydney, Spear follows a young Aboriginal man on his journey to understand what it means to be a man with ancient traditions in a modern world.

The dance experience, cinematography and the protagonist’s unique perspective are the elements I’m most interested in.

May Stephen Page’s decision to tell a story mostly through gesture, dance and with minimal dialogue work beautifully as a very engaging  audio visual feast. That is my hope.
