The Wife is a Björn Runge directed drama about a woman who questions her life choices as she travels to Stockholm with her husband, where he’s due to receive the Nobel Prize for Literature.

Glenn Close, Christian SlaterMax Irons, Jonathan Pryce and Elizabeth McGovern star…

What an interesting story and such a hefty sacrifice. I can’t wait to see more of the truth that Close brings to her role. My heart broke just looking at her face in this trailer.

Harry Lloyd, Alix Wilton Regan and Carolin Stoltz also star.

Bharat Nalluri directs Dan Stevens, Christopher Plummer, Jonathan Pryce and  Simon Callow in a movie about the journey that lead to the creation of one of Charles Dickens’ most classic characters.

The movie is The Man Who Invented Christmas and the character? Ebenezer Scrooge from A Christmas Carol, of course!

With a title like The Man Who Invented Christmas, how can I not be curious enough to see this? Especially considering what a big deal Christmas is these days. I’m not really referring to the religious aspect, of course.

The Man Who Invented Christmas Release Dates: November 22nd, 2017 (US); December 1st, 2017 (UK)…

THE WHITE KING (2016): New Trailer Starring Olivia Williams, Jonathan Pryce & Agyness Deyn

The White King (2016), Lorenzo Allchurch

Starring Lorenzo Allchurch, Agyness Deyn and Jonathan Price, The White King, is about a 12 year old boy’s life in a dystopian society. A society/ dictatorship where traitor is the word the government uses to describe him and his mother following his father’s imprisonment…

The trailer is disturbing, thanks to the story, edit and music. Though The Hunger Games crossed my mind as I watched, I’m hoping there’s more difference than similarity between both films.

Directed by Alex Helfrecht,  Jörg Tittel, the film is based on a book of the same name by György Dragomán.

Something charming and in the shape of a promising drama / comedy is on the way…

Starring Jonathan Pryce, Jerome Holder, Pauline Collins and Malachi Kirby, Dough looks like a film with a beautiful message and a nice serving of good British humour.
