A young woman is travelling alone, she meets an intriguing guy, ends up at his place and wakes up to find that she can’t leave. This is the story of Berlin Syndrome, a passionate holiday romance that turns into an unhealthy and obsessive relationship.

Berlin Syndrome may end up being my favourite of Palmer’s perforamnces to date. Especially since I don’t currently have one.

Intriguing subject matter is my key reason for wanting to watch this one. I just have to be ready to be uncomfortable for, likely, the whole time. Lastly, I’m unsure whether the right advice should be that soon-to-be female solo travellers ought to watch this, or that they shouldn’t. What do you think?
