Very happy is how I feel to see another Christmas movie trailer this week. Especially since this looks like quite a good, fun movie, thanks in part to the comedy. And of course, I’ll gladly be taking in all the gorgeous lights and decorations.

Scrambling to safety is the name of the game in new William Eubank-directed action/thriller Underwater.

Starring Kristen Stewart, T.J. Miller and Vincent Cassel, the story centres around a group of underwater researchers trying to survive after an earthquake devastates their subterranean laboratory.

The crazy underwater action footage is what interests me.

I wonder if any claustrophobes can actually sit through this movie. I’m only a little bit of a claustrophobe; not quite full-fledged just yet, thankfully.

Jessica Henwick, John Gallagher Jr., Mamoudou Athie and Gunner Wright also star.

Underwater Release Dates: January 10th, 2020 (UK & US)…

Charlie’s Angels is an updated version of the action movie released in 2000 – a movie inspired by the 1970s television series.

With Lucy Liu, Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore now out of the picture; Elizabeth Banks directs Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska as the new Charlie’s Angels.

I watched the 2000 Charlie’s Angels movie a long time ago. As such, I don’t fully recall how I felt about it overall. I think I liked it, and I definitely love the Destiny’s Child song (Independent Women) that was included in the soundtrack.

Having now seen this new trailer, let’s just say that I’m hopeful this reboot will pleasantly surprise us all. Fingers, toes and everything crossed!

Luis Gerardo Méndez, Jonathan Tucker, Noah Centineo, Sam Claflin, Djimon Hounsou, Patrick Stewart and Robert Maaser also star.

Charlie’s Angels Release Dates: November 15th, 2019 (US); November 29th, 2019 (UK)…

Well done, trailer maker!

I’m now most excited to see Sevigny do a great job in this role –  Stewart too – especially since I’m already thoroughly convinced by her Irish(?) accent.

CERTAIN WOMEN (2016): New Trailer From Michelle Williams, Kristen Stewart, Laura Dern…

Certain Women is a story about 3 women whose lives intersect in an American small town.

Starring Kristen Stewart, Michelle Williams and Laura Dern, what the women have in common is that they’re all in their own way imperfectly blazing a trail/finding themselves.

The theme of the movie and the atmosphere of this trailer both really appeal. I’m also very happy to have another Michelle Williams movie to get excited about. The lady is a wonderful actor. Did you notice her character’s power poses? If you haven’t already, watch the Manchester By The Sea (2016) trailer released a week or so ago.

Certain Women is directed by Kelly Reichardt and based on stories by Maile Meloy. James Le Gros, Rene Auberjonois and John Getz also star.

Certain Women Release Dates: October 14th, 2016 (US)…
