Instant Family is a new comedy starring Mark Wahlberg, Rose Byrne and Octavia Spencer.

Directed and co-written by Sean Anders, it’s the story of a couple dealing with the humorous challenges that come with adopting three children at once.

I don’t know how much I’ll enjoy this, especially since I didn’t totally love Wahlberg’s Daddy’s Home movies. Still, I’m in because I appreciate him, and I’m excited for the happy ending. I really want the happy ending!

Isabela Moner. Eve Harlow, Iliza Shlesinger, Tom Segura and Tig Notaro also star.

Mark Wahlberg, Iko Uwais, Lauren Cohan, and John Malkovich are the stars of new action/thriller Mile 22.

Directed by Peter Berg, Mile 22 is the story of an elite American intelligence officer and a top-secret tactical command unit whose job it is to smuggle a mysterious police officer with sensitive information out of the country.

I really want this to be the kind of America/Asia movie hit I’ve been waiting for.

I’m most excited for the classic Wahlberg brand of charm and ‘badassery.’ And of course, the impressive Martial arts skills of Iko Uwais.

This trailer is definitely longer than it needed to be, but the visuals and dialogue are so very promising. I know it’s a little early to say, but I’m thinking that this could be my ‘trailer of the week’.

Ronda Rousey, Sala Baker and Terry Kinney also star.

All the Money in the World is the story of a left-wing paramilitary organisation in Italy. One that hatched a massive kidnapping plot in the 1970s.

Directed by Ridley Scott; Christopher Plummer, Mark Wahlberg, Michelle Williams and Timothy Hutton star.

To save one’s grandson and let the world know that you negotiate with terrorists, or sacrifice your grandson so that no one ever thinks that they can demand and receive a ransom from you, ever again.

Whatever Mr. Getty does or doesn’t do, it should be interesting to watch, especially with such a talented and super-engaging cast.

The first Daddy’s Home (2015) movie starring Mark Wahlberg, Will Ferrell and Linda Cardelilni featured a ‘cool biological dad versus new and not so cool stepdad’ dynamic between Ferrell and Wahlberg.

For the Sean Anders-directed sequel, the same dynamic remains, except this time, Ferrell and Wahlberg’s characters are the best of friends, but their dads, played by Mel Gibson and John Lithgow, are certainly not that.

The original film was okay and featured some memorable scenes. I’ll be tuning in this time for much of the same and hopefully more. I already love that kiss between Lithgow and Ferrell’s characters.

Mark Wahlberg is Sgt. Tommy Saunders in director Peter Berg’s latest thriller, Patriots Day.

The story is based on the actions of Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis in the events leading up to the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. We also get to see the city-wide manhunt for those responsible.
