I haven’t seen the first Ant-Man movie yet. This is true for no good reason except it hasn’t yet screamed out for me to watch it. The Ant-Man concept is different enough from other superhero movies that I really should have been drawn to it already. I have been craving difference after all. Having dug deep, I think the problem has to be my likely inability to imagine an ant as cool. Yep… I said it.

I’m definitely a little more likely to watch the original movie, now that I’ve seen the skyscraper shrinking trick at 0:30 seconds in the above trailer.

I honestly remember very little of this story when Angelina Jolie played Croft. I’ll be watching because I’m curious to see how well Vikander does in this role. By this point, the thing I’m most impressed by after watching this trailer is definitely Vikander’s physical transformation. I suddenly have an urge to work on my fitness.

In Steven Spielberg’s latest movie Ready Player One, gamers compete inside a massive video game universe to find an ‘Easter egg’ (item, trivia or surprise buried within the game) hidden by the network’s recently deceased creator.

I haven’t read the book so my mind is threatening to race with all the twists, turns and obstacles the story is likely to have, in order to keep things interesting. The promising special effects is another key reason to watch. I refuse to let Spielberg’s last disappointing movie (The BFG, 2016) prevent me from getting excited. I am officially looking forward to this story.
