PASSENGERS (2016): New Trailer From Jennifer Lawrence, Chris Pratt, Michael Sheen…

Passengers is the new sci-fi/adventure film starring Chris Pratt, Michael Sheen and Jennifer Lawrence.

Everything takes place aboard a spacecraft that’s en route to a distant colony planet, while carrying thousands of people. Things get particularly interesting when a malfunction in the spacecraft’s sleep chambers results in two passengers being prematurely awakened – 90 years earlier than planned.

Indeed, the star power of this movie is off the charts. But, the thing that excites me most is the fact that Passengers is directed by Morten Tyldum, the man behind The Imitation Game – one of  2014’s very best movies.

I can’t wait to see how well this story is constructed. My eyes definitely glistened at ‘You die, I die!’

Laurence Fishburne, Marie Burke and Aurora Perrineau also star.

Passengers Release Dates: December 21st, 2016 (US); December 23rd, 2016 (UK); January 5th, 2016 (GER)…

7 DAYS IN HELL (2015): Kit Harrington, Andy Samberg & Fred Armisen In New HBO Comedy

7 Days In Hell is HBO’s new sports comedy/TV movie starring Andy Samberg, Kit Harrington, Mary Steenburgen, Fred Armisen and many more including Serena Williams and John McEnroe who play versions of themselves.

Shot in the style of a documentary expose, the TV movie focuses on the rivalry between two fictional tennis players, known to be the greatest of all time and their 2004 match that lasted 7 days. All very nuts, yes, but in the very best way.

All I know of Kit Harrington is that he is/was in that massively successful TV Show, Game Of Thrones, a series I’m still yet to watch, but something tells me that his Seven Days In Hell character, Charles Poole is very different to Jon Snow in an exciting way.

I’m expecting great performances from the entire cast, but besides Harrington’s character, I really hope there’s plenty of Fred Armisen as the Tennis Historian because my, that accent is really rather good and brilliantly entertaining.
