I’m looking forward to this one because I like Helms, Henson and Gilpin. Plus, that slap at 1:21 into this trailer is amusingly crisp and precise. There’s also the above image of Helms in the hat which happens to make me smile every time I look at it.

Chance Hurstfield, Serge Houde, RonReaco Lee, Samantha Cole, Fraser Aitcheson and Garfield Wilson also star.

I remember watching and liking What Women Want (2000) starring Mel Gibson and Helen Hunt. So I actually can’t wait to see how this version will play out. So far, I have zero complaints about the trailer.

I’m tuning in because its Taraji P. Henson who’s a wonderful actor and always a delight to watch. I’m going to miss her as Cookie once Empire ends. She’s the only reason I keep watching that show now, if I’m honest. This trailer also inspired flashbacks of Angela Bassett in Waiting to Exhale (1995).

Lyriq Bent, Danielle Nicolet and Jazmyn Simon also star.
