Stars of Marvel’s Avengers movies, Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan are back in new Marvel Entertainment series The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.

With additional key cast including Wyatt Russell, Emily VanCamp and Daniel Brühl; the show will focus on Mackie and Stan’s Falcon and The Winter Soldier characters. More detail yet to be confirmed. Howver, you can bet that the world is going to need saving.

I’m interested to see whether the series will feel as epic as the movies. I’mean, it’s Marvel, which means at that the very least, it’s going to come incredibly close.

I’m also curious about the Mackie/Stan dynamic. Particularly since it already feels strange knowing that Steve Rogers/Captain American is nowhere in sight.

Desmond Chiam, John Gettier, Miki Ishikawa, Adepero Oduye, Shane Berengue and Neal Kodinsky also star.

Set over the course of one year, new drama Endings, Beginnings focuses on a 30-something-year-old woman (Shailene Woodley) as she navigates through love and heartbreak.

Directed by Drake Doremus of Like Crazy (2011); additional key cast includes Jamie Dornan and Sebastian Stan.

Something tells me that in the end, she’s going to choose herself. Whatever the choice, may the journey towards the decision be an interesting and engaging watch.

I can just imagine huge Dornan and Stan fans feeling completely spoilt with this one. And to them, I say, ‘calm yourselves!’ All in jest of course.

Matthew Gray Gubler, Lindsay Sloane, Kelly Albanese, Shamier Anderson, Luke Baybak, Lola Blanc, Janice LeAnn Brown, Garrett Coffey and Sherry Cola also star.

Directed by Stacie Passon, We Have Always Lived In The Castle is a new mystery / thriller starring Alexandra Daddario, Crispin Glover, Sebastian Stan and Taissa Farmiga.

Based on the novel by Shirley Jackson, this is the story of Merricat, Constance and their Uncle Julian. Living in isolation after a family tragedy six years earlier, they welcome cousin Charles into their home. Charles is actually there to steal the family fortune; and for good measure, threaten the dark secret they’ve been hiding.

I think I can see cousin Charles’s strategy for stealing the fortune based on what’s shown in this trailer. Now I just want to know the nature of the hidden dark secret.

Paula Malcomson, Peter O’Meara, Peter Coonan, Stephen Hogan, Bosco Hogan, Anna Nugent and Joanne Crawford also star.

I’M NOT HERE (2019): New Trailer From J.K. Simmons, Mandy Moore, Sebastian Stan, Max Greenfield…

I’m Not Here is the story of a man struggling with the tragic memories of his past while trying to make sense of his present. He soon realises that time isn’t quite the enemy he thought it to be.

Directed and co-written by Michelle Schumacher, I’m Not Here stars J.K. Simmons, Mandy Moore, Sebastian Stan, Maika Monroe and Max Greenfield.

Looks like I’m going to be moved, probably to tears while watching this one. Still, I remain curious about the story. I also want to see how the chemistry is between the actors involved. Especially since I don’t think I could have imagined them all together in one movie until now.

Additional cast includes Iain Armitage, Harold Perrineau, Jeremy Maguire and David Wexler.

Destroyer (2018), Nicole Kidman

Starring Nicole Kidman, Sebastian Stan, Bradley Whitford and directed by Karyn Kusama, Destroyer is the story of the moral and existential odyssey of an LAPD detective named Erin Bell.

Bell decides to reconnect with people from an undercover assignment in her distant past in order to make peace.

I’m in for what looks like a really good Kidman performance and to understand the nature of the wrongs that led to Bell needing to make peace.

Tatiana Maslany, Shamier Anderson, Toby Kebbell, Scoot McNairy and Toby Huss also star.

Destroyer Release Dates: December 25th, 2018 (US); January 25th, 2019 (UK)…
