Sausage Party is the brand new comedy from Jonah Hill, Seth Rogen and James Franco. It’s an animation comedy and the key characters are food.

Rogen’s previous movie, The Night Before (2015) proved to be more disappointing than anticipated. As such, my fingers are crossed with this new ‘food horror.’ Nevertheless, the different personalities assigned to all the food items are certainly an intriguing.

Directed by  Conrad Vernon and Greg Tiernan; the film stars several Rogen regulars, including Michael Cera, Danny McBride and Craig Robinson. Salma Hayek, Edward Norton and Paul Rudd also lend their voices.

A proper trailer has finally arrived for the Ghostbusters reboot. Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, Melissa McCarthy and Kristen Wiig are the stars.

I enjoyed the hat, wig and glasses combo. I Also liked the delivery of the slaps and MacKinon’s yellow lensed glasses. Beyond that though, I’m going to wait and see.

Also, is it just me or do the special effects seem rather dated?

I want to say that ‘here you have it, the first Ghostbusters trailer has finally landed!’ But as you’ll soon see.

It’s not all bad. The music works with the visuals. In fact, it’s really exciting at first because you think it’s leading to a moment of revelation. Only, there is no revelation. Pointless is a word that comes to mind for this teaser to a teaser trailer. 

Nevertheless, I’m still excited about this reboot because it stars three great ladies of comedy; Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy and Kate McKinnon. The director, Paul Feig is the man behind Bridesmaids (2011) and most recently the very entertaining Spy (2015) . As such, hope lives on. 

I suppose it helps that in just over two weeks (March 3rd, 2016), we’ll have the next Ghostbusters trailer. May it be good enough to make up for the above, dare I say, ‘nonsense’.

One of the best executions of a teaser to a teaser trailer I’ve ever seen is for Deadpool (2016).

Michael Kenneth Williams and Andy Garcia also star.

I’m ready for more Derek Zoolander, Hansel and Mugatu , plus, the new characters played by Benedict Cumberbatch, Kristen Wiig and Penelope Cruz.

February isn’t that far away, thank goodnes.

Written by Justin Theroux and directed by Ben Stiller, the teaser trailer for Zoolander 2 has arrived and a tease it absolutely is!

The sequel also stars Owen Wilson, Olivia Munn, Penelope Cruz, Kristen Wiig, billy Zane, Fred Armisen, and Christine Taylor.

I can’t wait to see Will Ferrell as Jacobim Mugatu. His performance in the original Zoolander (2001) film is one of my favourite Ferrell portrayals. Time to re-watch it, I think.

I could also do with a reminder of Zoolander’s impressive patented poses: Blue Steel, Ferrari, La Tigre and of course, Magnum.
